2. Booking and Payment

• 2.1 Reservations: Tour reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, depending on the tour package.
• 2.2 Payment: We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified at the time of booking.
• 2.3 Prices: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Client:

• More than 30 days prior to tour: Full refund minus administration fee
• 15-30 days prior to tour: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days prior to tour: No refund

3.2 Cancellation by Travel Morocco Services: In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to book an alternative tour.

4. Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to make changes to any tour if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, political situations, or other external factors affecting safety.

5. Client Responsibilities

• 5.1 Documentation: Clients are responsible for having valid passports, visas, and other documents required for travel.
• 5.2 Insurance: Clients should obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accidents, and trip cancellation.
• 5.3 Conduct: Clients must not engage in illegal, dangerous, or disrespectful behavior during tours.

6. Liability

Travel Morocco Services is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be caused by defect or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or instrumentality provided by third-party vendors.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Travel Morocco Services and protected by copyright laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the date of revision.
